Digital Attendance was built on a simple idea: every institution — from a small office to a university with thousands of students — needs to know who showed up, when, and where, without juggling five different tools to do it.

The system adapts its own terminology and workflow to whatever institution installs it, so an office sees "Employees" and a school sees "Students", while running on the very same underlying platform. Attendance can be captured however suits the location best: a QR badge at reception, a fingerprint device at the gate, GPS-verified check-ins from the field, or a manual entry from an administrator.

Every installation runs on its own private server under the institution's own control, with a guided setup wizard that gets a new deployment running in minutes.
